Refunds Policy

General Non-Refundable Policy

Tickets sold through The Event Hub are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable except under the specific conditions outlined in this Refunds Policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify any entry restrictions or requirements before purchasing a ticket.


Circumstances for Refund Requests

Customers may request a refund in writing within 30 days of the event or within 30 days of an event’s cancellation or postponement announcement under the following conditions:

  • If the event is canceled.

  • If the primary artist cancels their performance, is unable to perform, or fails to perform.

  • If the primary artist reschedules their performance to a different date.

  • If the event is postponed (Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if explicitly confirmed by the organizers), with the option to either:

    • Attend the rescheduled date, or

    • Exchange the ticket for another performance, if applicable.

  • If the event venue is changed to a location significantly different from the original venue — especially if the new venue is much farther away or not of similar standard, making attendance difficult.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the original card.

  • The Event Hub reserves the right to retain up to 5% of the original purchase amount, in addition to any handling fees paid, to cover administrative and bank processing costs.


Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Minor changes to performance times or durations.

  • Changes to supporting artists.

  • Performance quality issues or personal dissatisfaction.

  • Events abandoned due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors).

Please provide the following details for processing:

  • Transaction number

  • Ticket number

  • Email address

  • Full name

  • Telephone number


Limitation of Liability

The Event Hub shall not be held liable for any issues, losses, damages, or physical injuries resulting from the event for which the customer purchased tickets.
